Shipping is $14.95 for orders up to $74.00.

Shipping is $18 for orders $75 to $120, and $24.95for orders $121 to $137.

For orders of $138.00 and above - shipping is Free!

Barrie, Ontario residents can try on items before ordering or pick up at our mailing depot after ordering - or request local delivery! Stay Local!

Shipments in Canada and USA include tracking.
USA shipments may be subject to tarifs at boarder - tbd later in 2025. Deliveries to the USA may be delayed at the border due to new custom regulations / tariffs / duties.

We ship anywhere else in the world by parcel post at the same cost, but this does not include tracking. Some delivery options may offer tracking at an additional cost - contact us for further information.  Any duties, customs fees, or charges and taxes are not not included. You are responsible for paying them.

Canada Post estimated shipping time is up to 7 business days for shipments within Canada and 6 to 12 business days for shipments outside of Canada. If faster delivery is needed, Xpresspost can be requested and delivery is usually 2 to 3 business days in Canada and the USA and up to 7 for most other countries. For most addresses in Canada and the USA, Xpresspost is usually $12 to $18 more, up to about $60 more for other countries. Place your order and request a quote for the Xpresspost cost in the shipping instructions, and we will invoice you. If you change your mind, you can have regular shipping, or we will refund your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We guarantee full product refund or exchange on any product providing it hasn't been used for any kind of event. Please email to request an RMA number. Always include your full name and the reason you are returning the item or we cannot properly process your refund.  Return shipment is your responsibility.
Products must be return shipped to Ice Halo Ltd. by your postal service only. Any other service generates charges which will be deducted from your credit.

WARNING AND DISCLAIMER

Aura Halo & Ice Halo products are designed to reduce the risks of impact to head during participation in non-contact sports and activities, but cannot and does not prevent all risk of head injuries. Participation in curling, Figure Skating and other sports exposes the participant to the risk of injuries, and participation in such sports implies acceptance of such risk.

No helmet, head gear or head protection device can prevent all head, neck or facial injuries. A user may sustain head injuries (which may include concussions or other brain-related injuries) notwithstanding his or her use of Aura Halo or Ice Halo products, and there are areas of the head and face that are not covered or protected by these products. In addition, for maximum performance, it is vital that each product be sized and fitted properly, and replaced promptly if fit loosens over time or falls off during participation in the activity for which it is was purchased.
