2022 Summerland Ice Halo Bonspiel a Success!

Well we had another successful Ice Halo Summerland Junior Bonspiel on Saturday March 5, 2022! In all there were 22 participants forming 6 days. They each played three 4-end games. We gave toonies for wins, and had a scoring system and draw sheet that gave all of the teams a chance to win medals. Four of the 6 teams got medals, and the remaining 2 got a Participation ribbon and a toonie. There were lots of adults and siblings watching. I had ordered enough pizza and ice cream for 8 teams and spectators, so everyone got stuffed with pizza.   ~ Gary Raymond, Summerland Curling Club
