Safety During COVID-19 Pandemic

Ice Halo and Aura Halo are taking every means posible to keep our products available and safe. All our workers who deal with items being shipped are self isolated and will continue to be until further notice.

Safety First and Stopping the Spread is something we take incredibly seriously. We are listening to recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and other leading health organizations as we strive to help protect our customers and our workers.

We are supplying our contract workers with facts about COVID-19 and reminding them to follow simple, but effective steps to keep them safe such as frequent handwashing, remaining indoors, not mixing with anyone who may have been exposed or traveling to other countries recently. And we are encouraging any of our workers to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed and to inform Head Office immediately.

As a further line of defense, once orders from our contract workers have been filled, we isolate the stock for three days to ensure any possible viruses will not be active if they possibly did exist on the product.

We receive regular updates from our shipping carriers ensuring us they too, are monitoring the WHO and other health care news/information items and have informed us they are all keeping all of our safety forefront. They tell us any packages shipped can be considered "safe to touch".
